Samiotes Consultants, Inc. seeks experienced, team-oriented, credentialed project managers and talented support staff specializing in the site development field. We are currently offering the following positions:

Civil/Site Engineers

Civil Project Manager: PE preferred, 5-10 years experience in site and utility design, roadway layout and design, site and regulatory feasibility, team management, client interfacing experience, stormwater management, and local, state, and federal permitting issues. Autodesk Land Desktop experience/knowledge required. Experience with HydroCAD software and/or a Soil Evaluator’s license a plus.

Civil Project Designer: EIT preferred, 1-3 years experience in site/civil design work, including approvals, stormwater management, Title 5, site layout, and all site utilities. Survey (field and office) experience and/or a Soil Evaluator’s license a plus. Some Autodesk Land Desktop experience/knowledge required.

Land Surveyors

Survey Project Manager: LSIT preferred, 5-10 years experience in performing and processing surveys for large Existing Conditions Plans, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, boundary retracements, subdivisions of land, and construction layout. Proficiency with Robotic Total Stations, Autodesk Land Desktop, and data collection software required. Candidate will be responsible for project from initial research stage through final plan preparation.

Survey Technician: 1-3 years experience as a Survey Field Technician supporting overall field crew activities. Candidate will operate, clean and care for survey tools and instruments, and perform basic office duties such as data collector and camera downloading, copying, filing, vehicle stocking, etc. Must possess a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work under adverse weather conditions.
